We want anyone to be able to use this website and to stay at J's and CC's RV Park, whatever their abilities. This page explains where we are with that and how to tell us when we have got it wrong.

What we aim for

We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That covers things like readable colour contrast, text that describes every meaningful image, headings in a sensible order, and being able to reach everything with a keyboard rather than a mouse.

Where we know we fall short

We are honest that this is not finished. Parts of the site came from an earlier build and we are still working through them - some images are missing good descriptions, and our online booking is run by another company, so its screens are not entirely ours to fix. We are working on both.

If something does not work for you

Please tell us. It is the fastest way for us to fix a real problem, and we would rather hear it than not.

Another way to do it

If any part of the site is in your way, call us and we will do it with you over the phone - check availability, take a booking, answer questions about the sites and the facilities. You should not have to fight the website to stay with us.

The park itself

For questions about getting around the park - accessible sites, surfaces, the route to the bathhouse, or anything else you need to know before you book - call us and ask. We would rather tell you honestly in advance than have you arrive to a surprise.
